ESSENCE is a 4 week online coaching programme to initiate you into your sexual awakening journey.

Each week we will cover a different module which will make up the four core pillars of this work so that you can leave this process feeling embodied, enlivened, inspired and AWAKE to your sexual power.

I have created this programme as a culmination of teachings I’ve been honoured to receive plus years on my own journey looking back at what I wish I knew.

MODULES COVERED

  • Understand what it truly means to be embodied through somatic experience. Learn how to shift out of the cognitive mind and into an embodied, felt sense during intimacy. Explore what it means to feel safe in the body and gain tools to create the safety in your system needed to feel immense pleasure and orgasmicity.

  • Understand what consent & boundaries are from the place of the body. What does “yes” and “no” feel like. Create and assert healthy boundaries in your body and sex centres using somatic cues, for deep healing and sexual empowerment.

  • Learn how energy and emotions are stored in the body and how this impacts your ability to access orgasmic energy and enjoy intimacy. Lovingly meet and move through emotions, such as shame and fear, that you are carrying around sexuality, creating space for pleasure and sexual freedom. This process will support you in restoring sensation where there was numbness and pain in the vagina, increasing your access to natural lubrication and your orgasmic potential. Learn the power of your emotions in accessing sexual energy.

  • Discover your own unique pleasure portal. Step into the power of sensuality. Introduction to female arousal and erogenous zones, receive the education around the female arousal anatomy that you never received. Here you will begin to develop a sacred self pleasure practice for healing & awakening energy.

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS:

Essence begins on Monday the 7th of July where you will receive access to the the course materials and be invited to join a Telegram group for community connection and Q&A with Amy throughout the 4 weeks that the course is Live.

The beauty of Essence is that you are invited to move through the process at your own pace and at your own time whilst also having access to support via Telegram.

The course will close on August 3rd but you will still be able to make use of all content until September 28th.
