The Audacity is a 6-week container for sensitive, heart-centred entrepreneurs who want to clarify their message, refine their offers, and show up consistently without freezing
As a woman holding space for others and running a client-facing business you have the gift of being highly sensitive. You are attuned to your clients, often being able to read what they need with an almost psychic ability. You have a extraordinary capacity for compassion and care, have honed your craft and are exceptional at what you do.
However… The very gifts that make you a brilliant facilitator, healer and leader, are also the things that can make running an online business so challenging.
Because, business requires visibility, exposure, strong boundaries, quick and clean decisions and a capacity to hold many hats without collapsing. For sensitive women, like yourself, this can feel like a threat to the nervous system leading to shrinking, over-giving, appeasing others and self-abandoning in the process.
This isn’t a mindset issue.
This isn’t a skillset issue.
This is a deeply embedded pattern that has been developed and designed to keep you safe.

During The Audacity I am not going to tell you what to do… I am going to guide you to find the answers within, build a deep sense of self trust, gain inner clarity and unshakeable confidence.
How…
Through Somatic coaching you will re-wire your sense of identity and safety on a nervous system level, you will be invited to stretch your edges through weekly “Audacious Challenges” whilst being in a held container to support you. Your gifts and sensitivities will be honoured, held and amplified as you gain deeper self awareness of the patterns and behaviours that are holding you back. Through our supportive community you can receive feedback and refinement for your messaging and offers to help you grow in your sense of self and business.
Practical Details.
We will meet weekly for Live 90 minute online calls where you will be taken through the core teaching for the week, a powerful somatic embodiment practice tailored to the theme and hotspot coaching.
Call Times: Calls take place on Tuesday’s at 7-8.30pm (March 31st, April 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th, May 5th)
We will also have a Telegram Community group to connect, share and receive light coaching in-between calls.

Getting to the root of what YOU actually want, underneath the stories, the beliefs and the conditioning
Bringing joy, pleasure and fun back into business
Carving out your “Audacity Dose” to support you going forward
Creating a clean, nervous system approved 90 day direction
By the end of the 6 weeks you will:
Feel motivated and re-energised on what you and your business are here to do
Have a clear idea of your offering/s including outline & pricing
Be confident in sharing your message, without filter, online and in-person
Gain a sense of inner stability when navigating business challenges and have tools to support this
Develop a deeper sense of awareness of your gifts, patterns and nervous system state and how to work with them when it comes to business
In 2017, without any prior business, marketing or sales experience, I decided to start my own business. I began teaching Yoga, Meditation and Workshops to becoming an Internationally recognised Sexually Empowerment Facilitator. By 2020 I had built an online business that was able to financially support me and has done ever since.
As a highly sensitive woman - this wasn’t always easy, but would have been impossible without learning how to work with this instead of overriding it.
I’ve made mistakes, I’ve burnt myself out and I’ve been through every challenge imaginable - trolling, financial instability, shame spirals, personal issues and recently, my Instagram platform (with a community of over 16k) was permanently deleted.
I believe I have been able to sustain my business - not through funnels or plans or strategies - but the core inner work that I have developed.
I will share exactly what has worked for me in this Masterclass.
